With all players given a number now can we put the same fervour as we once did.

In saying that am glad we have signed Adel to 2016.....

Great news, when he's fit and firing he is worth the season ticket fee on his own. With the quality of players he is going to have around him I think he's going to piss this league next year. We were starting to see that towards the end of last season. Hughes even had him tracking back and tackling. Nice.

It's been 7 years this week that my dear old gran died watching tv in bed, a slow leak from a shoddily made nhs catheter short-circuiting her electric blanket. You may consider the image of a slumbering octogenarian frying in her own piss a big giggle. I don't. Not this week anyway. I was on the phone to her when it happened. A sudden scream, a muffled-explosion, and the ambient yet sinister tv-filtered voice of Jimmy Tarbuck wittering on in the background. These are the sounds that will haunt me to my grave. I hope you feel proud of yourself.
